Selections and strategy are informational only; wagering involves risk and may result in loss of principal. This offer is designed for new customers and delivers the full Pro-tier experience — proprietary data sheets and every pick type (Win, Place, Show, Exacta, Trifecta, Superfecta, Hi-5 and more) across 3 precision-selected races. Credits (not refunds) are issued only if the targeted sequence is canceled or materially altered prior to delivery.

Each package covers the stated number of races for one track and one date. Races beyond the allotment incur the posted per-race add-on fee. All sales are final; if the card is canceled or materially changed before delivery, a like-value credit will be issued.

Participant funds are aggregated and wagered at our discretion; any returns are distributed pro-rata after tote settlement, and losses are possible. Participation requires acceptance of these pool terms, eligibility verification in your jurisdiction, and timely funding. No refunds once a pool is locked.

Minimum buy-in: $100 per event or card.
Commission: A 30% administrative commission is automatically applied to winning pools to cover operational costs and estimated federal/state taxes.
Distribution: After the 30% commission, the remaining 70% is paid out pro-rata based on your share of total pool contributions.
Your payout formula: Your payout = Your pool share × 70% × Gross winnings
Pool share: Your contribution ÷ Total pool · Example: $150 into a $600 pool = 25% share

The $20 Daily Pass provides one day of NCAA Men's Basketball picks including all straight bets and parlay pieces with analysis. Access is valid for the calendar date of purchase only. All sales are final; no refunds or credits once picks have been delivered.

The $149/month Season Ticket provides daily picks with analysis, Win Margin specials, and access to the Private Syndicate Discord throughout the billing period. Subscriptions renew monthly; cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No refunds for partial billing periods.

The Syndicate Pool carries no upfront access fee. A 30% commission is applied to net winnings only; no commission is charged on losing pools. Member contributions are pooled and wagered at Swishr's discretion with full bet transparency. Minimum contribution: $50. Contributions are non-refundable once the pool is locked. Losses are possible and past performance does not guarantee future results.

The Bracket Service ($29 single bracket / $69 three-bracket bundle) delivers AI-optimized NCAA tournament brackets including upset picks, Final Four projections, and a championship call. Brackets are delivered digitally by March 18 prior to the First Round (March 19). All sales are final; no refunds once brackets have been delivered. Bracket picks are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial or wagering advice. Performance in bracket contests is not guaranteed.

💳 Payments and Currency
All prices are listed and payable in USD. Taxes, fees, and payment processor charges (if any) are the buyer's responsibility. Orders are considered final upon successful payment authorization. Accepted payment methods include CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Apple Pay as listed on the applicable product page.
📄 Use of Materials
All picks, data sheets, analysis, and content are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, reposted, resold, or distributed without written consent. Content may be updated or withdrawn at any time due to scratches, track changes, game postponements, or data updates beyond our control.
